The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot
- Experience with Smartsheet's or Air Table
- Ability to challenge the status quo and curate short and long-term supply chain strategies to support continuous improvements
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, a Supply Chain Supervisor is expected to:
- Manage complex projects involving many cross functional stake holders
- Conduct and lead large meetings with all layers of leadership
- Have a deep understanding of our Nike Direct Stores and how they operate
- Build out new tools and processes to allow teams to have visibility to the status of these high visibility projects
- Have an understanding of our Logistics organization and be able to articulate what is and isn't possible to commercial teams
- Drive standard reporting to provide order tracking in season and forward looking to ensure on time delivery and efficient supply chain flow
