In developer tools, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly improve your development environment by building features for the tools you’ll use every day. As an engineering on Xcode’s Design Tools team, your primary contribution will be:*Working with designers and frameworks teams to shape and scope features* Developing in Swift, and occasionally Objective-C* Improving performance, fixing bugs, and writing tests* Collaborating through pull requests, in-person conversations, and Slack* Triaging feedback from internal and external customers to steer quality, usability and features investments* Wholistically prioritizing, scoping, and scheduling features
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • * Appreciation for engineering practices that maximize maintainability and quality
  • * Thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • * Passion for continually accelerating development through better tools
  • * Established history of leadership and self-direction
  • * Keen understanding of task selection and prioritization
