The mCRM System consists of 2 implantable cardiac devices, the EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker (LP) and the EMBLEM S-ICD, working together to provide patient therapy.

⦁ Bachelor’s degree
⦁ 3+ years of professional work experience
⦁ 2+ years of medical marketing or medical device experience
⦁ Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving
⦁ Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member
⦁ Willingness to travel up to 15% (mostly US; some global travel may be required)

⦁ MBA or related advanced degree
⦁ Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products and customers
⦁ Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creation of compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations
⦁ Demonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environment
⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
