Translate Customer Success member needs (engineers, Team Leaders, Managers, etc.) to structured requirements and processes design
Work with the relevant teams (IS and Business) to define the solution and create process specifications to be translated into technical specs
Assist with the testing, implementation, and deployment
Monitor adoption and manage required changes
Provide data analysis
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Customer Success Team regarding Customer Success Operations, providing support for incoming inquiries and delivering training on implemented changes

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with specialty in Information Technology or equivalent
5+ years experience as a business operations manager, CS operations manager, program management, or similar roles in Support/Sales/Customer success - advantage for experience with Salesforce/Freshdesk
Strong attention to details
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a high-paced environment
