Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration and partnership with the Sales team, coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other solution teams, to help to achieve the goals.

  • Acquire and show a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology, understand the customer’s needs, establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves their challenges

  • Lead and support discussions with decision-makers and CTOs and elevate the speech to explain the value and the benefits of our technology and our solution strategy as a trusted advisor.

  • Build and present customized or reusable demos of Salesforce products including AI to key decision-makers to address their business challenges and needs, highlighting the business value.

  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position

  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

  • Respond efficiently to RFPs. Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.

  • Have a strong curiosity about technology, AI and growing your career by participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy or delivery for an enterprise software solution organization– ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or/and in the CRM industry.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to teams, occasionally larger groups, CTOs and Execs.

  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.

  • Proven flexibility and time management skills in a dynamic team environment.

  • Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energising environments.

  • Curious, creative, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge. Loves to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen.

  • Good at explaining ideas, telling stories and finding ways to keep people’s attention.

  • Willing and able to travel occasionally

  • Fluency in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in public sector in France, knowledge of the business requirements of customers of public sector

  • Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications

  • Experience in a similar role in CRM or AI industry
