Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration and partnership with the Sales team, coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other solution teams, to help to achieve the goals.
Acquire and show a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology, understand the customer’s needs, establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves their challenges
Lead and support discussions with decision-makers and CTOs and elevate the speech to explain the value and the benefits of our technology and our solution strategy as a trusted advisor.
Build and present customized or reusable demos of Salesforce products including AI to key decision-makers to address their business challenges and needs, highlighting the business value.
Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
Respond efficiently to RFPs. Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
Have a strong curiosity about technology, AI and growing your career by participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Track record of solution engineering, consultancy or delivery for an enterprise software solution organization– ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or/and in the CRM industry.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to teams, occasionally larger groups, CTOs and Execs.
Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Proven flexibility and time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energising environments.
Curious, creative, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge. Loves to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen.
Good at explaining ideas, telling stories and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
Willing and able to travel occasionally
Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in public sector in France, knowledge of the business requirements of customers of public sector
Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications
Experience in a similar role in CRM or AI industry
