- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, sales or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in leading a high performing sales team/
- Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in commercial teams (e.g., sales, marketing).
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce experience.
- Understanding of e-commerce dynamics in Germany.
- Ability to own sales team operations (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution).
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Ability to take initiative and flourish on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
