Minimum qualifications:

- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise technology space.
- Experience working with managed AI platforms.
- Experience with ML lifecycle concepts, including model training, deployment, MLOps, or responsible AI practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based ML infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent work experience in a software/systems engineering or lead position.
- Experience shipping enterprise products to a developer or data science audience.
- Experience with generative AI models and the open source community.
- Experience building AI/ML platform products for cloud customers.
- Ability to translate technical topics into business-relevant narratives and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
