Key Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Needs Analysis & Solution Proposal
Analyze prospects’ and clients’ budgeting and planning requirements.
Propose tailored solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, ideally highlighting its integration with other SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Group Reporting, SAP IBP).
Commercial & Technical Support
Assist sales teams during all stages of the sales cycle (demos, prototypes, etc.).
Advocate for and demonstrate the solution’s value to clients.
Contribute to technical proposals for tenders/RFPs.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and its applications in finance, management controlling, industrial planning, or workforce planning. Additional familiarity with costing methodologies (ABC, full costing, etc.) is a plus.
Sales Acumen: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the solution’s value.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and propose innovative solutions.
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5) in business or engineering.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience: Background at an integrator, end-client, or competing software vendor.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Initiative: Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
Customer-Centric: Focused on client needs and satisfaction.
Creativity: Ability to craft memorable, adaptable messaging.
Hybrid Work: 1–2 days of remote work per week.
