  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+years experiencein product/service/project/program management or software development,where your primary responsibilities involved the design of software features working closely with an engineering team

  • 5+ years’ experience translating customer requirements and scenarios into features, including writing software specificationsforcustomer facinguser experiences
  • 3+ years of experience in one of thefollowingpublic cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • The ability to use knowledge of User Experience Design (UX, UXD, UED or XD) to enhance user satisfaction with a product. This includes improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product
  • Commitment and passion in creating/nurturing a diverse and inclusive team environment; serving as a visible and vocal proponent of the org and team culture.
  • Track recordof problem solving and using pilot programs, prototypes, and growth hacking approaches
  • Thrive in fast paced, agile environments, and able to learn new areas quickly

    • In this role you will lead ateam of Product Managersin definingcustomer engagement experiences forMicrosoftCloudcustomers.You willbe responsible fordefining anddriving the vision, strategy, and execution in partnership with Engineering, Design, and User Research teams.
    • You will influence and collaborate with a wide network of senior executive leaders andstakeholderstocreate clarityand alignment of our customerexperienceproductstrategy
    • Lead teams to perform experiments to test hypotheses and inform decisions on what new feature areas to introduce.Useresearch evidence to influence feature prioritization.
    • Through active coaching, you will model empathy and humility resulting in a highly engaged organization, while exploringnew, inventive ways to improve organizational health, embody and advance the growth mindset, and drive the continued evolution and progress of the diversity and inclusion mission
