Key Deliverables
- Provide a safe working culture within your project teams and promote safety across all aspects of work
- Take a pivotal role in delivering our client’s requirements.
- Deliver complex projects successfully within budget and on schedule.
- Agree and control budgets, escalation points, key milestones and targets.
- Drive your team of diverse individuals to actively engage with new ways of thinking to provide an agile delivery environment.
- Understand your clients’ requirements and the impact of your projects success factors, then developing a schedule and delivery plan to ensure success.
- A masters degree or similar relevant experience to the environment (water, energy, transportation or construction sectors).
- Project Management Qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Chartership or close to achieving such.
- A proactive attitude and be keen to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business .
- Proven working experience with a range of contract forms, in particular NEC 3/4 .
