What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Delegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors
- Provide coaching and training to Technicians and Inspectors
- Escalate quality issues with Management and Engineering as needed
- Drive improvements in quality operations
- Assist Quality Technicians and Inspectors on in-line decision making
- Provide regular reports & updates to Quality team and Management
- Assist in management of material disposition
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a team of 10 or more employees
- Certification in a quality-related field such as six-sigma, TQM, or equivalent a plus
- Familiarity with measurement system analysis (physical measurement techniques i.e. CMM, optical comparator) and analytical techniques like GD&T, Gage R&R
- Familiarity with physical IQC tools like XRF, microscopy, XRD, ICP etc.
- Experience in cleanroom environments
- Easily demonstrate ability to drive issues to root cause solutions in previous experience
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to command the english language, both written and verbal
