The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a significant piece of Ford's global supply chain operations. This role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize the supply chain.

This high-visibility role will initially focus on a special project—building global supply chain capabilities and unlocking financial value by 2025. This project partners with a world-class third party and offers significant internal networking opportunities. The successful candidate will be a catalyst for broader supply chain transformation, acting as a role model and trendsetter. This requires resilience, strong business acumen, and a "play-to-win" attitude. Post-project, skills will be applied across multiple Ford buying teams.
