Qualifications- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in sales, sales/ business development and/or sales operations
- Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various GTM executives and teams
- Hands on approach with proven ability to dive into system/tool data to extract insights and administer the tool
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Experience working as an ISR/SDR
- Experience working with Channel Partners desirable
- Proven ability to identify, scope, prioritize and lead growth enabling initiatives
- Experience in hardware, software and subscription business models desirable
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, Marketo, SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, LeanData
- Result-oriented and self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
- Training/ experience in process improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile)
