Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience in US GAAP accounting principles with experience in revenue accounting (e.g. ASC 606).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience improving business processes and systems, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to have attention to detail, organizational skills, and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead and drive complex initiatives cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment across a large, complex, global organization.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
