Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for digital solutions.
  • Define and communicate the vision for digital products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define features and digital development solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to ensure development efforts align with business priorities.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure that developed features meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to plan and execute releases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and soliciting feedback.
  • Address issues and roadblocks during development, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase new features and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Work with training teams to develop training materials and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce products.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and other digital platforms, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Product Owner are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a product owner or product management role, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Familiarity with SDLC concepts and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to drive product vision, motivate teams, and make decisions that align with business goals.
