Chief of Staffis responsible forensuring the effectiveness of the LT operating rhythm and owns end to end operational excellence, budget and headcount management, resource and fiscal planning, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, andthe work of the group.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years ofexperience in Chief of Staff or Senior Business Management role.
  • 3+ years of experience withfinancial modeling, analysis, and insights development with a large


  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 10+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 7+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 10years of product/program/operationalmanagementor similartechindustry experience.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally(with customers)at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-orientedwitha passion for continuous improvement.
  • Enjoys workingin fast-paced;sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Workas part ofCAPChief of Staffcommunityand business operations to improve processes, procedures, and initiatives
