SAP Application Support responsibilities include:daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP-related environments as it pertains to this position. Resolving any issues for the LOB that are crucial to the daily operations of the firm. Working collaboratively in teams on a wide range of projects based on your primary area of focus: While leveraging your skills to fix & maintain application issues as they arise, you'll also gain exposure to testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement, in addition to production lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• The willingness to learn the SAP system specifically focused on SAP R3 and S4 system.
• Must have a strong understanding of both Control M and Autosys scheduling tools
• Good understanding of the UNIX/AIX/LINEX system
• Experience with SAP G/L, Finapps(AP,AR, and FA), and Cost Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP RISE a plus
• Understanding of ABAP Programing is a plus
• Incident and change management experience required
• Understanding of Cloud Computing is a plus
• Excellent customer facing and communication skills
• Applicant must have strong English written and oral communication skills to effectively execute responsibilities as part of a highly skilled dynamic SAP Support Team
• Strong team and interpersonal skills
• Applicant will exhibit strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to operate either within a team or independently
• Understanding of Accounting principles
• Rotational evening and weekend coverage required
