In this role you will build and run project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. You will handle risks and mitigations, re-plan as events warrant and drive alignment across the organization and between teams. Additional responsibilities include:* Partner with cross-functional engineering teams and define key deliverables to measure quality of Apple Intelligence features with Privacy at the core of it. * Bring impact to billions of users with your ML expertise, passion for great user experiences and project management skills.* Work with data science and data engineering teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions * Work with annotation operation teams to optimize and lead human data collection and evaluations efforts.* Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection * Work with research teams to develop long-term evaluation solutions
- 8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products
- Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently with the capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
- Experience working with data science dashboards, reporting and A/B Testing
- Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+)
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence
- BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent
