Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines• Manage complex financial models and lead FP&A planning processes (e.g., weekly/monthly reviews, annual budget, long-range plan);
• Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics, communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders;
• Drive analytical rigor to connect operational levers to financial outcome, ensuring their quality, timeliness, and accuracy;
• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, develop critical insights into our evolving competitive landscape and assess relative strengths and weaknesses
• Create data visualizations to effectively communicate complex financial information
• Create ad hoc reports and analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial plans and objectives
