Process Overview:
This includes incident management, Change Support, problem engagement during triage, service restoral, identification of root cause, and facilitation and co-ordination of identification of root cause and permanent fix resolution – in accordance with agreed upon practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead Bridge Lines Troubleshoot and addressing high severity issues affecting the infrastructure w.r.t IAM Technologies.
- Perform production changes related to IAM technologies.
- Create documents (test Scripts) to execute the changes in support of another network.
- Co-ordinate with the business to resolve process bottlenecks at different levels.
- Perform traffic route activities to support changes to mitigate impact to the clients.
- Ensure quick resolution of any issues.
- Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise.
- Troubleshooting & fixing regular client-based issues within bank and involving 3-Party Vendor applications.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
- Certifications: Any Information Security related certifications (CISSP, CC, Security+, etc.,)
- Experience Range: 8+ years
Foundational Skills:
- 8+ years of Production support experience on Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, Splunk, & excellent knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Excellent knowledge on Linux, Networking (TCP/IP), Information security
- Well versed with ITIL framework
- Excellent Communication Skills and Bridge Line management skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and takes pride in accomplishment.
- Demonstrates a continuous desire to learn and improve.
- Must be willing to work in shift hours.
- Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Weekly off will be compensated on any two days from Monday – Friday.

Work Timings:
Rotational Shift (06:30 a.m. to 03:30 p.m. / 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.). Working on Weekends mandatory.
