Key responsibilities include:
Designing and executing the launch of a new process for managing middle and back-office support to the Sourcing function.
Owning the Source to Settle process and all associated processes and technology
Creating and executing the Sourcing function technology roadmap including how the function will test and deploy Artificial Intelligence.
Driving the Lean strategy and execution of continuous improvement across Sourcing
Building the vision and execution of the strategy for the Sourcing function
Owning global Sourcing training strategy and deployment.
Overseeing the Supplier Management Program including the supplier segmentation, program execution, broad supplier communications, and supplier roundtables.
Owning the Sourcing bowlers and operational metrics/dashboards.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
Minimum 15 years Sourcing (Procurement), Supplier Management, or operations experience
Experience with Middle and Back Office Procurement support
Citizenship experience including Sustainability and Supplier Diversity
Extensive people leadership experience
Experience managing global supplier relationships
Proven experience showcasing clear thinking, the ability to establish and execute a strategy/vision, strong influencing across functions, and the ability to connect the dots across multiple areas within and across functions
This position is to be based in the US, in the central or eastern time zone
Required travel up to 15%
