What you will do:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholderstoidentifybusiness needs, gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Product Vision& Strategy:Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategic

• Backlog &FeatureManagement:Own and manage product backlog, define clear user stories, and prioritize features based on business value a

• Stakeholder Management:Act as akey liaison between business users, development teams, and senior leadership to ensurealignment on

• Agile andScrumLeadership:Represent business needs in agile ceremonies, including sprintplanning, dailystandupsand retrospectives.

• Documentation & Communication:Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to support

• User Testing and Implementation:Lead User AcceptanceTesting (UAT),validatesolutions, and ensure a smooth rollout of new feature and process changes

• Regular Updates & Insights:Providestakeholders with regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunitiesto ensure transparency and alignment.

• Backlog Ownership & prioritization:Maintainthe product backlog andfacilitateprioritization discussionswith key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategicobjectives

• Negotiation & Priority Management:Negotiate and manage project priorities based on business needs, resource availability, and technical feasibility to ensureoptimal

• Process Improvement:Evaluate existingworkflows,identifyinefficiencies,and recommendprocess optimizations for betterfunctionalefficienc

What we will need from you:

• Strong experience in product manager with a proventrack recordof success forplanning and

• Significant years ofexperience in drivingproduct development,managingstakeholders anddevelopment teams on business/technical acumen and implementation solutions alignedwith project objectives

• Solid understandingin web/Java application and database developmentand solution architecture design

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a tech/development team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Strong negotiation skills to balance and prioritize multiple projects.

• Familiarity with theprojectmanagementand agile scrummethodologieswithbest practice

• multiple activities and build/develop working relationships

• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel etc)and passionindata analysis

• Proven ability to effectively use complex analytical,interpretive,and problem-solvingtechniques and execute test plan

• interpersonalandrelationship management skills to partner and influence across organizational lines

• Demonstrated ability to be work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with proactive,decisiveness and flexibility

• Scrum Master or PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)requiredor working towards it.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Business and Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in web/Java application and database development

• Master's degree preferred

• Understanding of trade lifecycle & trading systems and trade clearing and execution

• Familiarity withProduct design and delivery
