What You’ll Do
  • Lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience across the whole value chain from first contact with the brand/ product to ongoing ownership experience and also the service experience
  • Act as the leader for cross functional activities within Netherlands, including real estate, policy items, and coordination with any other relevant functions (ie. charging, finance, product, central teams, …)
  • Hire, develop, lead and motivate and retain a high performing and engaged sales and delivery team who are willing to experiment, learn, and innovate to drive results
  • Develop a culture of ongoing performance development and improvement across team, supported by People functions
  • Always championing a growth mindset
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners (ie. leasing companies, relevant associations, …)
  • Drive operational excellence in all elements of market operations
