Role and Responsibilities
- Stakeholders’ management with day-day engagement lifecycle management activities – This involves liaising with engagement team across levels and ensuring zero surprise end to end tracking and management of engagement lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance throughout the various stages of the engagement lifecycle.
- Take ownership of all the tasks and maintaining the turnaround time for all the requests with quality and efficiency.
- Assist the engagement teams in preparation of contractual documents.
- Manage the engagement economics of engagements and presenting budget vs actuals analysis.
- Stay Updated with the Upgrades on EY tools leveraged for Engagement management such as Mercury/Dynamics, PACE, AML, QRM procedures and support any enhancements.
- KPI Reporting – Strong Excel & Analytical skills.
- Train, Develop and counsel the teams – Retain talent.
- Good understanding project/ operation management
- Should be available for quick delivery of work.
- Ability to multitask between people management role and working on tasks assigned to them individually.
- Should be able to handle and resolve escalations.
Qualification
- Postgraduate (or) Preferably MBA (Ops/General) (or) equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS suite.
- Proactive
- Have an aptitude to comprehend data into meaningful information.
Skillset required
- Ability to come up the learning curve by developing in-depth knowledge of various processes.
- Have an eye for detail to ensure consistency in quality of work products.
- Stakeholder management and identifying any new work opportunity to broaden the existing scope of work.
- Mercury knowledge from an engagement perspective will be an added advantage.
Preferred Ranks/Experience
- Experience of managing mid-size team with 15+ years of experience
