Key job responsibilities
• Lead and grow engineering organizations responsible for delivering Core Services' AI transformation initiatives.
• Drive organizational strategy to build and maintain robust, scalable services while innovating in the Agentic AI space.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation across multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with product and research teams to balance current service stability with future AI capabilities.
• Develop and execute on technical roadmaps that align with Applied AI Solutions' broader strategic goals.
• 10+ years experience with building and leading diverse and highly talented teams with an emphasis on scaling them to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business
• 10+ years of success leading technical product engineering, preferably for an internet- or developer-focused product or service
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational planning and development skills
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and clearly communicate data insights to others.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
• A passion for innovation and raising the bar in teams, technology and projects
• Graduate degree (MBA/MS/PhD) preferred
• Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence
• Experience driving a technical global product and team with end to end inbound and outbound product responsibilities
• Demonstrated capability to provide deep and broad technical leadership to agile teams
