As a Machinist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in operating and maintaining various machines to produce precisionparts for aerospace applications. You will work with a team of skilledtechnicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals andensure the highest quality standards. Your expertise in machining processeswill be instrumental in optimizing production schedules and deliveringexceptional results. You will report directly to our Machining Supervisor andyou'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturingoperations, contributing to the success of our aerospace products andultimately the safety and performance of aircraft.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The hourly salary range for this position is $31.53 - $39.42. Pleasenote that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes,mills, and grinders to produce precision parts
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications todetermine machining requirements
• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjustmachine settings to achieve desired results • Monitor machine performance, makeadjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance • Inspect finished partsto ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimizeproduction schedules and meet customer requirements
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean andorganized work area
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machinist, preferably in the aerospace industry
Experience with CNC machining
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machining equipment
Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
