Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

• Oversee immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures;
• Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
• Coordinate the ongoing cases (e.g. communication with the individuals, employers and authorities as well);
• Participate in various ad hoc projects;
• Consult with clients in order to provide Immigration advice and case assessments;
• Owning any ad hoc projects or pulling together spreadsheets of information as required by the client;
• Providing timely responses to client queries;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Hungarian immigration
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (German or other language knowledge is an advantage)
• University degree
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-focused mindset and experience in client-facing roles
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under time pressure
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in overseeing or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Project management/coordination experience
