In this role, you’re expected to:
This is a role within the expanding Funds Operations programme management office. The role will manage a team of PMO analysts who support the Funds Change project delivery teams in the delivery of client change, client implementation and internal change initiatives.
- Reports on and oversees the total portfolio of Funds Change projects and initiatives, across all change categories
- Defines, implements and manages work intake and allocation to delivery teams across all funds operations change projects, monitors capacity and highlights prioritisation requirements
- Is responsible for the overall execution, control and completion of Change Delivery PMO, quality control and governance framework and processes, compliant with client and with Citi project management governance.
- Resolves complex governance problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
- Implements frameworks to manage project management performance against standards.
- Contributes to the creation and/or maintenance of portfolio management tools and platforms (incl. tooling for Project Managers, Business Analysts etc.)
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- A minimum of 5 years experience of managing a PMO primarily in financial services
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in creation and maintenance of project management office frameworks incl. experience with book of work management and reporting platforms
- Experience in interaction at senior management level of businesses
- Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
