Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with Cisco’s growth objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and development.
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and forward-looking initiatives.
Innovation:
- Explore new ideas, technologies, and processes to enhance Cisco’s products, services, and operational efficiency.
- Lead projects that optimize systems, processes, and resources.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including LEGAL, FINANCE, GOVT AFFAIRS, partners, customers, and community leaders.
- Work closely with the business value optimization, market access, and insights teams.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
Resource Allocation and Reporting:
- Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting and personnel management.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide insights to senior management.
- Recommend adjustments as needed to stay on course.
Change Management:
- Lead organizational change efforts to facilitate the adoption of new strategies.
- Ensure smooth transitions during implementation.
Digital Impact Office (DIO) and Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) Engagement:
- Execute and maintain FIELD SALES oversight of the CDA Regional Programs in the Americas, ensuring alignment with national digital agendas and societal impact goals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the local in-country CDA team to drive STRATEGIC SALES ALIGNMENT, program success and relevance to the market.
- Partner with Global DIO Operations on the rollout, use, and compliance of global program processes and tools.
- INTERNALLY ELEVATE AND REPRESENT Reflect Cisco's commitment to digital transformation and societal impact through the Country Digital Acceleration program, which collaborates with government and private sector leaders to build secure and connected communities powered by ethical and innovative technology solutions.
Minimum Qualifications- 15+ years in a related field
- Prior experience as a direct people manager, leading teams in multiple functions
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience working in a Go To Market or Sales Organization
