As an Analyst in the Equity Derivatives Middle Office Marketing Support team, you will assist Sales and clients through each step of the onboarding, trade execution, and post-trade process. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional client service. You'll cover products such as OTC Derivatives, Structured Notes, and Investment Funds, contributing to the firm's success and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all transactions are correctly captured in booking systems and resolve/escalate issues.
• Manage events (coupons and expiry) and communicate outcomes with middle office, back office, paying agent, and clients.
• Provide client service by confirming trade details and sending event reports.
• Reconcile data between front office, middle office, and back office systems.
• Handle ad hoc queries related to Equity Derivatives Group (EDG).
• Drive and implement process improvement initiatives and digital agenda.
• Analyze new business initiatives.
• Manage projects related to End-to-End review, efficiency realization, and new initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Well-motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Numeric person with a good eye for detail.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Middle office/operational experience.
• Skills in digital tools (RPA/Alteryx).
• JSDA 1st and 2nd class Sales Representative license holders.
