Intel Data Scientist - Economics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the technology sector.

  • Develop and maintain economic models to forecast units, revenues, and product mix of PCs, servers, and other devices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making processes and corporate strategy.

  • Provide regular worldwide economic updates and insights to senior leadership to support business planning.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on economic trends and forecasts to various stakeholders within Intel.

  • Manage and organize large datasets using industry, economic, and company data to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

  • Support special studies and projects as requested by management.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging economic trends.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, to convey insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Proven project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • A proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in economics, statistics, business administration, finance,STEM,or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in economic analysis, forecasting, and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D.
