Account Management
- Develop and execute business plans for organized retail accounts in coordination with distributors.
- Manage the sell-in and sell-out process through distributors to OR partners.
- Monitor stock levels, order flow, and retail execution in collaboration with distributors.
Distributor & Retailer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact between company, distributors, and OR accounts.
- Support distributors in negotiations with OR chains, ensuring company interests are safeguarded.
- Align on trade terms, pricing, and promotions to drive sustainable business growth.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Deliver sales, revenue, and market share targets through effective distributor management.
- Track distributor performance across sell-in, sell-out, and inventory KPIs.
- Ensure proper product mix and availability at OR outlets.
Trade Marketing & Visibility
- Implement in-store visibility and activation plans through distributors.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out promotions, launches, and campaigns at OR outlets.
- Monitor execution quality and ROI of trade marketing investments.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies in the organized retail channel.
- Share insights and recommend actions to protect and grow market share.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in sales/account management, ideally within Home Appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of organized retail dynamics and distributor management.
- Proven negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with sales and market data.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
