Lead the global pricing operations team managing end-to-end processes, systems, and tools currently in use. Define a set of prioritized initiatives to streamline operations and deliver 100% accurate product data, efficiency gain and scale.
Partner with the pricing strategy team on pricing strategy, new product pricing, and continuous improvement of pricing.
Own, drive and support global pricing initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders in sales, finance, product, support and legal and lead cross-functional efforts to surface and resolve interdependencies
Team leadership, talent management, and employee development
Support the Deal Strategy team on complex deals with pricing/packaging exception requests.
Promote and support informatica standard price book delivery cadence by driving on-time pricing definition cycles and approvals.
Lead process and data improvements geared toward delivering gains in sales productivity, frontline rep performance and flawless quote to cash execution.
Lead "ropes to the ground" operationalization and change management associated with strategic initiatives (e.g., pricing transformation, sales and marketing tech stack transformation or process/systems changes driven by other growth initiatives)
Represent the pricing organization's business requirements in key cross-departmental initiatives.

Role Essentials
15+ years' experience in pricing operations within a SaaS or internet marketplace industry with demonstrated understanding of consumption and/or SaaS go-to-market models.
Bachelor's Degree or MBA
Executive presence with experience presenting to executive leadership
12+ years of experience with front and back-office Quote to Cash infrastructure and processes for product, pricing, price list management, quoting, deal structuring, order management and entitlement.
