We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving success for assigned accounts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of Actimize solutions, fostering long-term partnerships, and advocating for continuous improvement.

- Become a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, maximizing their value from Actimize solutions, and driving measurable improvements in satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Be the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed, leading to continuous product and service improvement.
Have you got what it takes?
- 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success role or related field within leading IT/product-based companies.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems and knowledge base development.
