Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • years experiencein working in an industry (Media, TelCo, Technology and/or Hospitality) to drive digital transformation
    • ORBachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience working in an industry(Media, TelCo, Technology and/or Hospitality) to drive digital transformation
    • ORMaster's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry(Media, TelCo, Technology and/or Hospitality) to drive digital transformation
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+years experiencemaking recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+years experienceclosing large, complex agreements/deals.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 13+years experienceworking in an industry (Media, TelCo, Technology and/or Hospitality) to drive digital transformation
    • ORMaster's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in an industry(Media, TelCo, Technology and/or Hospitality) to drive digital transformation
    • OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and spread into other areas of the organization.
  • Anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans to improve the customer's overall experience.
  • Own the development of strategies that showcase the value added by Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and ideas grounded on a deep understanding of industry trends and based on account needs and customer's expectations.
  • Leverage your internal network of industry experts to strengthen your knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customer business priorities.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's offerings to share knowledge internally, influence customers' business capabilities, drive more competitive solutions, and enhance the growth of the account team.
