The NAM Retail Transactions Head supports the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of all Citi Corporate Real Estate Retail interests in NAM.
Delivery of Transaction activities in all Citi retail premises in CRS Region to agreed Functional strategies, KPIs and Standards and within agreed financial budgets. Transaction activities include building purchase and sale, lease acquisition and disposal, lease administration and contract/lease negotiation for all building types within the Region.
Working with Project/Design and Construction (D&C) activities in all Citi retail premises in CRS Region to agreed Functional strategies, KPIs and standards and within agreed financial budgets. Project/D&C activities includes building construction, building refurbishment, building fit out, cyclical building and fabric maintenance, capital plant replacements, moves and changes.
Development and implementation of retail portfolio strategies for the major locations/cities within the CRS Region including portfolio, business, operational and financial assessment and analysis, market assessment, site identification, business liaison and approval, corporate approval, contract negotiation and project delivery.
Delivery of regional performance reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS) for CRS Region within the required time frames and to the agreed levels of accuracy.
Development and management of key internal business relationships, up to Regional CEO, Citi Country Officer (CCO) and Business heads within CRS region and supplier relationships up to Managing Director (MD)/CEO level of key service partners and Landlords plus key internal stakeholders up to Global functional lead level.
Manage CRS Region activities to achieve the required level of operational risk, compliance risk and in full compliance with all internal and external legislation.
Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibility for CRS Region activities.
Management and Development of human resources employed in the delivery of Real Estate services in CRS Region.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
