Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in a quality engineering or failure analysis engineering.
- Experience in consumer electronics (e.g., phones, tablets, laptops, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leading successful cross-functional teams for continuous quality issue investigation and quality improvement using practical approaches (fishbone diagrams, FMEA, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, DoE, SPC, etc.).
- Experience with SQL/JMP.
- Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and test/debug methods.
- Ability to track record of technical leadership, stakeholders and executive communication.
- Excellent data analytics skills for field data analysis, creating actionable insights from raw data.
