Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Business or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in media industry or OTT.
2 years of experience in product operations and project management in the media.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience managing vendor/contractor extended staff in a global, scaled operational environment.
Experience in technical and operational skills in video-on-demand (VOD), including XML schema management, metadata troubleshooting, content delivery optimization, and Over-The-Top (OTT) technologies.
Experience with SQL, demonstrating the ability to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights to drive operational improvements and data-driven solutions and Ability to diagnose, resolve, and effectively escalate technical issues.
Ability to lead and grow in a cross-functional team environment, particularly collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders.
