Responsibilities:
Helping manage external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes
Helping with internal task management such as helping clean up campaign decks
Assisting in pre-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos from templates, sending date holds, timeline planning, relaying notes to shoot producers, general admin / logistics work
Inputting social media assets into Socialite, our asset management system
Setting up Dropbox links with talent tool-kits, and creating/sending templated social emails to talent reps
Budget management duties - processing invoices, SOWs, data entry
Helping field requests from global cross-functional teams – relaying feedback, email follow-ups.
Requirements:
3+ years experience working at a network, studio, creative agency or similar entertainment industry environment
Tech-savvy with absolute proficiency in Google Workplace (formerly G Suite)
Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities
Comfortable working with executives at all levels of the organization
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000.
