This is an intermediate level role responsible for requirements definition and solution design for strategic IA change initiatives as part of the implementation of IA Strategy and transformation. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with project teams to synthesise requirements, engineer user-centric processes and design engaging, intuitive and efficient UI/UX for a wide range of use cases across the audit lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Be the key point of contact within the Research Labs team for process design, UI and UX related activities
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams and stakeholders on best practices and innovative solutions
• Lead workshops and engage with auditors, managers and senior leadership to understand pain points and capture the right requirements
• Map process flows and develop UI/UX mock-ups and prototypes to clearly illustrate user journeys and the look and feel of the user experience
• Gather feedback, iterate, and get to the root of auditor challenges to design solutions that are as engaging, insightful and intuitive as possible
• Work with data and technology teams to validate design concepts and assess feasibility of implementation in the IA and Citi technology landscape
• Understand and adhere to Citi Branding guidelines to create an experience consistent with Bank standards

What we’ll need from you

• Previous experience in a relevant business process and/or visual design-oriented role

• Experience of process, user interface and user experience design.

• Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency with visual and process design tooling/techniques including prototyping, wireframing, process maps and visualization
• Understanding of risk management practices and audit process is a plus
• Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high quality deliverables according to strict timetables
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Effective project management skills
• Effective relationship management and negotiation skills

The ability to build and develop an in-depth knowledge of Internal Audit and general risk assurance and risk management practices
