Job Description

What you should do

  • Be a servant leader and help software development teams become self-organized and productive in their Agile journey

  • Drive and implement best practices and continuous improvements across teams, ensuring consistency in delivery processes in whole product line

  • Facilitate and lead leadership sessions, including Obeya sessions, to ensure alignment and productivity on key products and initiatives

  • Coordinate and propose consistent backlog management and ways of working across the whole product line

  • Mentor product managers to enhance the quality of our product model, including supporting them in setting and achieving their product goals and OKRs

  • Lead and develop other Scrum Masters, fostering their growth and impact on whole delivery of teams

How we see the ideal candidate

  • Working in Scrum, Kanban or other Agile framework

  • Acting as a Agile coach role with focus on continuous improvement of cross-functional team(s)

  • Collecting and providing visibility into team's performance data

  • Creating great teams - forming the feature teams from component teams

  • Being a partner to Product Managers and supporting him through providing coaching, good practices & tools to maximise the value delivered

  • Delivering products end-to-end through several releases using principles of continuous integration, continuous delivery and quality automation

  • Working with stakeholders outside of the development team

  • Understanding change management and modern approaches to change

  • Understanding different team structures and their specifics (product line governance) and also later with Starshine program delivery squads

  • Setting up complex delivery setups (multiple products vs. multiple teams vs. multiple regions vs. multiple cultures)

  • Leading others through coaching and mentoring

  • Leveraging agility in various parts of the organization (even outside of IT)

  • Working with senior management and in hierarchical environment

  • Ability and willingness to work across organizational boundaries and to both lead and enable others to lead agile initiatives

  • Desire to search ways how to continuously improve in areas such as time to market, lead & cycle times, etc.
