The NBS Employee Services Organization is looking for a Campus Program Manager to lead our early careers and campus engagement initiatives, enhance our brand presence at key campuses, and attract top talent from universities and colleges across India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and talent development, with experience in managing campus hiring and branding programs and building relationships with internal stakeholders & academic institutions.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on campus recruiting markets, campus competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Nokia students, and key University Partners across the assigned region
  • Contribute and establish branding initiatives both internally and externally while utilizing social media to promote the India Student Program
  • Attend external Career events as needed and host internal team building and learning sessions for students
  • Take full ownership of and manage the student hiring plans for multiple business groups


Ensure vital and strategic campus recruiting programs are established and implemented to enable the organization to hire a diverse and qualified pool of graduates, interns, and more.

Talent Scout

  • Collaborate with the team to initiate and build relationships with campuses.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruiting events.
  • Enhance candidate engagement and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, participate in career fairs, and engage in campus events and interviews.

Data Analyst

  • Assist the team in drawing insights and making data-driven decisions by utilizing analytics to assess a cross-section of campus recruiting data.
  • Ensure the maintenance and integrity of data.

Brand Ambassador

  • Participate in a task force to conduct innovative campus engagement events.
  • Conceptualize and execute various engagement programs/models with stakeholders on campuses (student communities, career services offices, faculty, alumni, etc.) to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive campus engagements.

Consultant to Business for University Relations

  • Assess client needs, educate them on the campus landscape, and set realistic expectations based on market intelligence gathered.
  • Collaborate with the business to forecast campus hiring needs for the year.
  • Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.

Champion of People Skills

  • Achieve goals by collaborating with hiring managers, extended work teams, peer teams, and business leaders amidst multiple demands.
  • Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge, and trends to identify optimal sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in campus hiring.
  • MBA in HR/Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
