• Self-starter and outcome-oriented
• Understanding of software development process and agile methodologies
• Understanding of Cloud components & paradigm, Object Oriented programming and databases to help drive projects
• Ability to leverage tools and technology for project management
• Ability to identify risk, its impact and define a mitigation plan
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality deliverables pursuant to requirements (stakeholder, compliance, security)
• Coordinates recurring meetings to provide status, timelines and roadblocks with different stakeholders
• Contributes towards efficiency, effectively, and process improvement
• Responsible for the success, quality, and delivery of a project / initiative

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Identify opportunities to improve proactive and predictive support strategies of the organization, coordinating with internal stakeholders and product team members.
• Collect internal user requirements, and evaluate them as per business needs and technical feasibility.
• Help the team prepare technical design documents, build robust architecture, get governance approval from the compliance team, and develop complex applications using the exceptional technical knowledge of Robotic Process Automation.
• Plan and perform user acceptance testing to verify deliverables, collect feedback for improving the solution, and incorporate it in the subsequent sprints.
• Monitor and maintain operational activities including health checks of the environment to ensure the overall project framework runs smoothly.
• Provide support in debugging reported issues and resolving them on time or escalating by engaging relevant teams.
• Actively collaborate with the team to research and adopt the latest technologies from ideation to execution utilizing the combined knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) and AI techniques gained through education, training, and experience.

• Solid understanding of core technologies, SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), and a natural curiosity for innovation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Consistent ability to act independently on project work
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing and interpreting data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
