Experience (Role Requirements):

  • Manage a team of highly skilled and motivated developers
  • Drive the execution and delivery of certain complex and high impactful topics.
  • Effectively manage various stakeholders for the successful delivery
  • Contribute towards the demand and capacity planning for the effective distribution of topics and resources
  • Drive the resolution of production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, without escalations.
  • Drive the POCs and side projects motivating a set of developers as needed and assigned.

What it takes:

  • 10 plus years of software experience working with diversified teams
  • More than 3 years of people management experience is preferable
  • Excellent leadership and agile development skills
  • Creativity combined with a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities.
  • Excellent team player with cross-cultural awareness
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude and innovator mindset
  • Customer-oriented and outcome-focused work attitude
  • Excellent knowledge with hands-on experience in AI/ML
  • Proficiency in Core Java and Web services.
  • UI based technologies such as UI5, Angular JS, bootstrap, React etc.
  • Good hold on HTTP protocol and related technologies
  • Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles.
  • Should possess understanding of least one RDBMS system.
  • Basic UNIX/Linux knowledge
  • Experience in Enterprise web applications, HTML, XML, Web Services
  • Knowledge of Application Servers, Web Servers
  • Excellent skills in managing the stakeholders

Leadership qualities:

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts and manages all the relevant stakeholders. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development.
