Your key responsibilities
Typical responsibilities of the role include, but, not limited to the following:
- Preparing/reviewing transfer pricing reports and performing benchmarking analysis
- Analysing business value chains to establish the most appropriate transfer pricing methods
- Supporting investors and other players during mergers and acquisitions
- Providing transaction advisory services
- Other cross-border tax advisory services
- Supporting business development initiatives
To qualify for the role you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in either Economics/Business/Finance or legal field with a minimum of Upper Second Class honours or its equivalent
- Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CPA or CA) will be an added advantage
- A minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE and B in both English & Mathematics
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Atleast 2 years’ experiencein the field of international taxation (including transfer pricing) with a legal or professional firm. Experience in dispute resolution specific to transfer pricing controversy will be an added advantage.
