As a Relationship Manager within JPMorgan Advisors, you will be a vital member of the Financial Advisor's team. Your role will involve close collaboration with Financial Advisors, acting as the primary liaison for advisors and their affluent clients. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the Financial Advisor role, you will build strong relationships with clients, aiding them and their families in achieving their financial aspirations and targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships, deepen client relationships through getting to know details of client's lives to ensure life milestones are appropriately recognized.
 - Create and implement a proactive service model, ensure central engagement through proper communications, documentation and tracking.
 - Manage client appreciation activities and events, coordinate with numerous teams to ensure timely processing and positive client satisfaction.
 - Perform client reviews on a regular basis in conjunction with or on direction of the Financial Advisor, identify and develop new business opportunities from existing client base.
 - Market and implement complex investment solutions in accordance with High-Net-Worth client’s investment objectives. Attends product rollouts, ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all JP Morgan Wealth Management products and services.
 - Provides support across a diverse suite of products and applications including, but not limited to; Advisor Services, Wealth Planning & Advice, Goal Based planning, liabilities planning, banking & lending solutions, mortgages and digital offerings through JP Morgan Online and mobile suite and ensure client meetings are properly prepared for in advance.
 - Ensure compliance with organization policies and applicable regulations, ad Hoc service requests as needed on behalf of the team/clients.
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5 plus years’ experience in Financial Services industry
 - FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required
 - Bachelor's degree required
 - Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
 - Proactively identify and delivery appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clients
 - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations
 - Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Certified Public Accountant designation, or strong experience in accounting services
 - Able to adapt and stay abreast of changing technology and regulatory policies
 - Strong ability to build effective relationships
