Key Responsibilities
- Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes, including systems and tooling to fit with evolving requests from the business and drive efficiency;
- Support the People Operations team in driving communication and initiatives in alignment with objectives and KPIs;
Ensure processes, procedures and documents are up to date and in line with standard operating procedures as well as compliant with global & local employment law and legislation;
Serve as the escalation path and functional ‘go to’ person for People Ops Specialists and country specific stakeholders such as; HR Advisory, payroll and recruitment;
Escalate to your Team Leader any operational workload concerns within the team.
Responsible for on-the-job coaching, feedback and support of the People Ops Specialists on daily operations;
Participate in the recruitment process for Specialists, support onboarding plans and ensure correct access for new hires;
Seek out and implement alignment across accounts both at a regional and global level;
Execute controls and ensure the team acts in compliance with Risk & Control principles and sensitive data is handled in line with the privacy, compliance and GDPR principles in mind;
Provide training to stakeholders and employees on People Ops processes;
Work in collaboration with the Team Leader to identify operational trends, process gaps with a continuous improvement mindset.
Lead prioritized regional People Operations oriented initiatives, projects and procedures including implementation and communication;
Represent People Operations in (cross-)departmental HR initiatives, projects and procedures;
Monitor quality of core daily activities using data analysis, reporting from ServiceNow and Workday;
Is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their account
Supporting Team Leader and Regional Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and interact successfully with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of HRIS system is a must, workday experience preferred
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Passionate about operations, processes and improving service towards our employees as well as solving problems
