Your key responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of the latest Oracle ERP Finance technology solutions suited to client needs, and the engagement of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Facilitate discussions with main stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements.
- Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY
- Contribute to the development of the International Development Practice by supporting client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities
Skills and attributes for success
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement
- 2 to 5 years of experience implementing Oracle ERPs – in one of the domain of finance, sales or supply chain.
- the functionality of Oracle in your area(s) of expertise and the various business use cases that the functionality solves for, plus the touchpoints to other processes
- understanding of the data that “lives” within the process(es) and key KPIs that support process effectiveness / efficiency
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and drive for results
- Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of French is an advantage, any other language is considered a plus
- Preferred: Experience in Consulting, process mapping or business process re-engineering and relevant certifications (Oracle / Project Management / Agile processes)
