Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in ad operations or ad monetization role.
- 5 years of experience working for or with broadcasters or streamers on Video or CTV monetization.
- Experience with online video advertising (i.e., video ad serving, programmatic monetization technologies, and key standards) and trends (i.e., consumer behavior, ad lite trends and regulatory developments).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ad Manager for Video, Google Dynamic Ad Insertion, and programmatic monetization with Google Authorized Buyers.
- Understanding of demand sources and supply paths of high value demand and how to implement them.
- Ability to read, run, and write SQL queries for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Ability to communicate in one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
