3M Indirect Procurement Specialist – Site Services R&D South Korea 405070049
Main Responsibilities but not limited to
Manages the category of Site Services and R & D in Japan/Korea but not limited to.
Lead and support Global project initiatives.
Support deployment of Category and Sub-Category strategies in the responsible area
Identify and drive procurement projects to deliver Cost/Cash savings.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies and processes.
Leverage and consolidate spend, rationalizing/ right sizing the supplier base.
Maximize extending supplier payment terms for free cash flow optimization.
Lead/execute commercial agreements negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms.

General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or the equivalent
Minimum of 6-9 years relevant working experience
Strong understanding ofprocurement/strategiccommodity management
Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Procurement tools
Good knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering process, contract management, contract negotiation and contract governance
Excellent communication skills with all relevant stakeholders of internal company and external authorities.
Work independently and a team player.
Fluency in both of oral and written English and Japanese. Knowledge in Korean language will be an advantage.

독립적으로 작업하고 팀원으로서의 역할 수행 가능한 자
업무상 영어 사용 가능한 자
업무상 일본어 사용 가능한 자 (한국 및 일본 담당)
